If you did not receive the payment to your Mistertango account in two banking days, please create the ticket at Mistertango Helpdesk: and attach the statement of made payment where we could see the payment date, amount, payer and sender account numbers.
Also please pay your attention at these aspects:
1. We are not able to receive the payment in other currency and SWIFT payments to SEPA IBANs. These payments are automatically refunded back to the sender.
2. At the moment we are not able to offer the possibility to send and receive SWIFT transfers. Only SEPA payments can be received.
