You may have noticed that some of your SEPA transfer from certain exchanges have been returned. In essence, we had a technical glitch that prevented to receive SEPA payment, but this issue has been fixed.
All customers are able to receive payments, but if you wish to receive transfers from exchanges, we encourage you to upgrade your plan to 'Personal+' or 'Business+'.
Changes can be completed by logging into Mistertango mobile application. Please, choose 'Menu' at the top left corner, then "Account" – "Pricing plan", choose 'Personal+' or 'Business+' and save changes.
If there is no option to change a plan, we kindly advise you to delete "Mistertango" application and install it once again.
